Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie!

I love smoothies! Fruit smoothies are probably one of the greatest healthy foods. It's as simple as blending your favorite fruits with some yogurt! Yum! And they're filling. How great is that?

So now we are going to make a super simple, tasty smoothie that you can eat for breakfast, as a snack, or just because.

Ingredients (makes 2 servings):
5 strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup yogurt, Stonyfield Fat Free French Vanilla
1/4 cup skim milk

Directions:
Wash the fruits and cut off the tops of the strawberries.

If you have a blender stick, pour the milk, yogurt, and fruit into a bowl (or a tall cup); otherwise pour all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into two glasses (or drink both servings yourself) and ENJOY! This seriously simple snack will satisfy your stomach.
