Meals in 15 Minutes or Less - Lunch 1: Pizza
For our second Meal in 15 Minutes or Less today, we are going to make pizzas using English muffins as the crust.
These little pizzas are incredibly simple to make and easy to bring to work!
From fridge to plate, they take about 13 minutes.
Ingredients: Directions: These mini pizzas can be eaten right away or made beforehand and reheated in a microwave. You can also experiment with your toppings. For a Hawaiian mini-pizza, replace the pepperoni with Canadian bacon and top it all off with canned pineapple. |
