Chocolate Martini - the effective, yet tasty drink!

ONCE upon a time, I had the most incredible chocolate martini ever created.  It had a smooth, chocolate taste with a hint of irish cream and lots of delicious chocolate-flavored alcohol.  After trying several recipes and being severly disappointed with the results, I finally found a combination that is similar to that original incredible chocolate martini.  Here's hoping you also enjoy it!

Ingredients (makes 2-4 servings):
1 oz amaretto
1 oz irish cream (Bailey's or your favorite alternative)
2 oz creme de cocoa
1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz Kahlua french vanilla

Directions:
Prep the martini glass. First mix 2 parts sugar to 1 part cocoa powder in a small bowl. When well combined, pour onto a plate. Put water on another plate and dip the martini glass in the water. Then gently dip the glass in the cocoa mixture, turning the glass to coat the rim. Finally, drizzle chocolate sauce on the inside of the glass.
Measure each out and pour over ice in a martini shaker. Shake well. Pour in martini glass and drink!

I'm still experimenting with the recipe, but in the meantime: ENJOY!
