Chocolate Brownie Trifle - A Chocolate Lover's Dream!

A gathering was upon us and I wanted to whip up something easy but delicious to share with our friends. Thus, the Chocolate Brownie Trifle was made.

It is a delightfully simple recipe that requires very little hands on preparation. You simply need a trifle bowl, brownies, whipped topping, cookie or toffee pieces, and chocolate pudding!

Pudding Pops - Super Simple Recipe!

I remember growing up on those hot summer days and getting to have popsicles. But nothing was quite as amazing as those chocolate popsicles called Puddin' Pops!
I didn't realize until fairly recently just how incredibly easy pudding pops are to make! Turns out it is literally frozen chocolate pudding. Yum!!!
So, I bought myself a popsicle mold (but you can also just use an ice cube tray) and got to work!

Raspberry Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache

Congratulations to Laura P. for winning Casa de Lindquist's first ever recipe contest with a recipe for a Chocolate Raspberry Cake with Ganache frosting! While it was a bit labor-intensive, this chocolate raspberry cake is incredibly beautiful and delicious.
I couldn't help but make a few changes to the submitted recipe so here's the modified version!  Hope you enjoy!

Chocolate Martini - the effective, yet tasty drink!

ONCE upon a time, I had the most incredible chocolate martini ever created.  It had a smooth, chocolate taste with a hint of irish cream and lots of delicious chocolate-flavored alcohol.  After trying several recipes and being severly disappointed with the results, I finally found a combination that is similar to that original incredible chocolate martini.  Here's hoping you also enjoy it!

Tortilla Cup Desserts

I was searching around the internet one day for tasty desserts to serve at a party I was hosting and came across this amazing recipe from Taste of Home called "Tortilla Dessert Cups." I made some minor modifications and came out with one of the best desserts I've ever had. It kept well for about a week in my refrigerator and was low in calories to boot!

Grasshopper Brownies - with and without coconut!

I was in Alaska last summer and visited a nice tourist town called Seward. While there, my sister and I wandered around and discovered this cute cafe/bakery place. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the cafe, but I do remember that they had the most incredible brownies I've ever had. I tried looking up the cafe, but I wasn't able to find the name of these delectable brownies!

Tuxedo Brownie Cups - Another innovative way to make your brownies more fun!

My mom is a huge Pampered Chef fan and is always trying out their recipes. When she throws little get-togethers, I am fortunate enough to be invited and have the pleasure of taste-testing these delights. One of my absolute favorite recipes is called Tuxedo Cups.

Cheesecake brownies (includes: from scratch and from the box methods)

I have always had a bit of a sweet tooth and nothing gets me like a really good chocolate cake or chewy delicious brownies! When my mom started making cheesecake brownies I thought I was in Heaven! They have all the delicious chewy-ness of regular brownies with the added bonus of a cheesecake-like layer. This fantastic dessert will leave your guests begging for the recipe.
