For our fifth Meal in 15 Minutes or Less, we are going for a classic breakfast: French Toast.  I've tasted a wide variety of attempts at french toast, but my mom's version was always my favorite.  It's simple, requires few ingredients, and will take less than 15 minutes from fridge to plate.  Let's get to it!

Meals in 15 Minutes or Less - Breakfast 4: English Muffin Sandwich!

As I've mentioned before, we never really ate fast food or boxed meals growing up.  Most of the time, it was homecooked meals.  However, on the rare occassion when we were traveling and we needed something quick to eat, we may stop at a fast food restaurant for breakfast.  I was always deeply surprised by how distasteful the breakfasts were.  For a while, I even disliked ordering breakfast foods at restaurants because I found them to be

Chocolate Cake in a Shot Glass - Great Looking Desserts!

One of our favorite places to eat serves these incredible desserts in tall shot glasses and tops them off with whipped cream. I figured it couldn't be too hard to make so I set out to find the ingredients.

If you're looking for a simple snack or a great party appetizer, look no further than Pickle Rollups.  With only three ingredients and minimum preparation, these appetizers will please everyone without breaking the bank!

My grandmother used to make these for every family gathering.  As I got older, she showed me how to make them and eventually put me in charge of them!  While they are traditionally made with corned beef, I do not usually have that particular meat around, so I started making mine with ham and they are just as tasty!  Thin sliced hard salami or a good smoked turkey works too!
And now, just as my grandmother taught me, I will pass this recipe on to you!

Tasty Ideas with Fresh Mozzarella - Sandwich Style!

Every once in a while the grocery store has logs of fresh mozzarella on sale that beg to be bought and consumed. When last this happened, we purchased two logs and came up with a variety of tasty ways to incorporate them into our meals. This particular time was an experiment of condiments / sauces we had around the house, baguette bread, tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella. Check out these ideas!

Fish Tacos with Homemade Pico de Gallo

I'll never forget the first time I had fish tacos. We were visiting some friends and they took us to their favorite local restaurant. It was strongly recommended to me that I try the fish tacos, and having never had them before, I agreed to give them a chance. I was not disappointed! They were incredible!
