We love banana bread around here! We just can't get enough of it. In fact, whenever I make it, I end up eating entirely too much of it! That's ok, though. It has bananas in it, so it's healthy, right? ;)
Nachos are an amazing food that can be made anytime for virtually any occassion. They allow the consumer (aka the person eating the food) to assemble their favorite food items together into a pile, top it off with guacamole and sour cream, and go to town. One of our new favorite recipes for nachos is similar to the Green Mill one for Chipotle Chicken & Three Cheese Nachos.
I remember growing up on those hot summer days and getting to have popsicles. But nothing was quite as amazing as those chocolate popsicles called Puddin' Pops!
I didn't realize until fairly recently just how incredibly easy pudding pops are to make! Turns out it is literally frozen chocolate pudding. Yum!!!
So, I bought myself a popsicle mold (but you can also just use an ice cube tray) and got to work!
If you're looking for a simple snack or a great party appetizer, look no further than Pickle Rollups. With only three ingredients and minimum preparation, these appetizers will please everyone without breaking the bank!
My grandmother used to make these for every family gathering. As I got older, she showed me how to make them and eventually put me in charge of them! While they are traditionally made with corned beef, I do not usually have that particular meat around, so I started making mine with ham and they are just as tasty! Thin sliced hard salami or a good smoked turkey works too!
And now, just as my grandmother taught me, I will pass this recipe on to you!
Every once in a while the grocery store has logs of fresh mozzarella on sale that beg to be bought and consumed. When last this happened, we purchased two logs and came up with a variety of tasty ways to incorporate them into our meals. This particular time was an experiment of condiments / sauces we had around the house, baguette bread, tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella. Check out these ideas!
On our second day of Meals in 15 Minutes or Less, we are going for a simple breakfast snack that will keep you satisfied and travels well. They are called Peanut Butter Rollups! With only 3 ingredients, this snack is not only easy to make but easy on the wallet and good for you!
With every party, there should be options for healthy snacks. That's where this mini-treat comes in handy and you won't believe how easy it is to do! Just gather up your favorite vegetables, some dip, and short shot glasses.

I love appetizers! There have been times where I made an entire "meal" out of my favorite appetizers because I love them so much. And who says appetizers have to come before a meal? Why can't they be the meal? :)

I remember blueberry muffins with such a fondness that every time I make them I get nostalgic. Mom only made blueberry muffins on weekends and only a few times a year... and nothing was better than mom's homemade blueberry muffins, unless of course they were grandma's blueberry muffins!

If you're a fan of dipping focaccia bread in olive oil and/or balsamic vinegar, then have I got a treat for you! My husband and I were out in California for our wedding and whilst hanging out in Napa Valley (gorgeous!) we stopped by a restaurant called Celadon. Before we had our meal, they served their own homemade focaccia bread and Spicy Dipping Oil. It was so incredibly flavorful, that I asked the server what was in it.
